The Diakron Institute exists in the space between the global network and the local community, between the internet chat room and the neighborhood coffee shop, between information and cultivation, between specialization and common sense. Our operational imperative is to mediate the cross-cultural and interdisciplinary exchange of relevant and diverse human perspective, resolved that an organized educationally-oriented investigative communication is essential to the inter-activity of life in a globalized world.
